I work at the intersection of academia and the media industry, leveraging a background in Environmental Science and International Studies to tackle global challenges through a communication lens.

With over 20 years of industry experience—spanning NHK World to award-winning radio—I bridge the gap between theory and practice. Having served as Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Chairperson of the MSCM program at Chulalongkorn University, my current research now centers on my "3 Is" framework.

Outside the office, I prioritize a healthy work-life balance: caring for my parents and two cats, running, practicing Pilates, and exploring the world.
